Megan Gephart

Megan's strategic operations, communications and marketing experience spans 10 years in the military, in the Intelligence and Public Affairs fields, 4 years in entrepreneurship, and includes 5 years spearheading policy and programmatic advocacy work up to the highest levels of the Army and Department of Defense, and a year of work across two nonprofits' leadership teams.
She's been passionate about team building and leading institutional and cultural change since her years as a competitive athlete and Division I Volleyball player at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Megan is a Professionally-Trained Mindset Coach through Metanoia Catholic, a certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach, and brings together a unique blend of experience and expertise in operations, strategic planning, leadership development, public relations and strategic communication, marketing and copywriting, community relations, research and analysis, team-building, ministry, coaching and mentorship, and holistic women's wellness.

She's trained in trauma-informed coaching practices and nervous system regulation, and works with passionate change-agents to be a force for holistic health and healing by leading themselves first -- through compassionate inner growth and ethical and trauma-aware business and leadership.
She has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs, ministry leaders, health/life/nutrition coaches, and more, to slow down the world's hustle and instead create lives, businesses, and ministries that thrive from a foundation of peace and rest.
Anna brings unique value to organizations through her highly relational, connective, and ideation strengths. Anna has been self-employed and working remotely for more than 15 years.

Tailored consulting, mentorship, & coaching packages for organizations who are planning to hire a Director of Operations & Communications now or in the near future.
