The exhaustion, the overwhelm, the sense that you're constantly behind... it's not because you're inadequate or not cut out for this.

Who feel quietly ashamed of how tangled it's all become.
Who need someone to look at the bigness of the calling and all its complexity without flinching, without judgment, and help them find the thread that pulls it all clear.
What you need more than anything right now is room to breathe.
You Need Space
Space to do the deep work you were made for.
Space to zoom out and see clearly.
Space to make the tough decisions you've been sitting on.
Space to release the heavy burdens — in a container that can actually hold its weight.
So you can move freely, and LEAD again.
So the Lord's peace can reign in your heart again.
You don't have to carry this alone anymore.
I have capacity now built into my work that I didn't before.
Thanks to Strategic Mapping and ongoing Fractional Director of Operations and Consulting support from Apostolic Fruit, and the rhythms, structures, and systems we've put into place,
I'm able to receive and serve at a volume I never would've been able to before.
We're expecting baby number seven, and I was able to receive that news with deep joy and peace—because I have the capacity now to hold both the growth in our family and the growth in my work.
Even though there's a lot going on with my work, I have no concerns about growing our family because of how you've served me.
What We Want You to Know IS Possible (even if it feels hard to imagine right now)
You can wake up on a Monday and feel calm, focused, and ready instead of already behind.
You can move with peace and confidence instead of urgency.
And actually mean it when you say you're okay.
You can pace yourself and your people in a way that truly honors capacity — and get better results than when you were running on empty.
Be in a life-giving relationship with your work instead of a depleting one.
You can be fully present at the end of the day — with something still left to give.
You can trust the vision and dream again. Not as a distant hope, but as something you can touch and feel every day.
God wants to give you everything you need for this. Even when you can't see it yourself.
Sit with that truth for a moment.
You have more power to change this than you realize.
You're not as far from this as it feels right now.

I feel like we've turned our business upside down and shaken it, and there's so much goodness and clarity that's come forth. So many unexpected things came out of it-- excited for these Holy Spirit movements with these shifts.

As CEO and Co-founder of Apostolic Fruit, she leads a team that mentors leaders, organizations, and business owners in creating practical, root-level foundations for thriving and profitable fruit that lasts.
Anna Saucier is a Certified Sustainable Business Consultant, Emotional Health & Mindset Coach trained and certified through Metanoia Catholic, and Certified Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/tapping) Practitioner trained in trauma-informed coaching and nervous system regulation.
She has helped hundreds of women -- entrepreneurs, women's health practitioners, ministry leaders, and more -- slow down the world's hustle and instead create lives and businesses that thrive from peace and rest.
She's a mama of two, minimalist, and lover of both bustling cities and silent stillness. She and her family live semi-nomadically around the world.

Megan Gephart
A Certified Director of Operations, professionally-trained Mindset Coach through Metanoia Catholic, and Army Veteran, Megan brings 12+ years of leadership in the military, public relations, strategic communication & crisis comms, entrepreneurship, policy advocacy and nonprofit sectors. Passionate about organizational change, she specializes in strategic planning, operations, leadership development and team growth as a Business Consultant with Apostolic Fruit.
During her years as an active duty Military Intelligence and Public Affairs Officer, Megan spearheaded policy change at the highest levels of the military for women, mothers, and parents who serve.
She's also a certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach, wife to an active-duty Army officer, and mother of three energetic boys.
INTEGRATIVE CHANGE COACH
Elissa Frankham
As a certified Integrative Change Coach, Elissa draws from a blend of modalities including parts work, nervous system and somatic awareness, imagination and visualization, and embodiment practices.
She supports clients in shifting long-held patterns, strengthening self-leadership, cultivating deep self-confidence, and expanding their capacity to relate to all parts of themselves with compassion. She believes that each of us has everything we need to thrive, but sometimes we need help uncovering the inner resources.
Her approach works with the understanding that we are whole systems — mind, body, and unconscious — all intricately connected. This allows us to work not just on an intellectual level, but with the deeper layers where real, lasting transformation can happen.
She is a mama to 6 beautiful humans and lives on Canada's magical west coast on Vancouver Island.
CONTENT & MARKETING ASSISTANT
Amanda Adebisi
Serving as the Content and Marketing Assistant for Apostolic Fruit, Amanda brings exceptional creativity, attention to detail, technical ability, and heartfelt communication skills.
She began working with Anna as a Virtual Assistant in 2019, and has played an invaluable role across a broad skillset — administrative organization, community management, summit production, video/audio/content editing, and now focuses on social media and other content channels.
Amanda is also an internationally recognized Needle Felting Artist and Tutor. She specializes in creating highly detailed and realistic animal sculptures from wool, blending her passion for animals with her creative talent. Through her popular YouTube channel, Facebook group, and blog, she has inspired and empowered thousands to become confident, skilled needle felters.
She lives with her husband in a tiny rural village in Lincolnshire, England, where she enjoys the local wildlife and walking her lovable cockapoo named Brinkley.
Alongside our core team, we’re grateful to be supported by incredible women behind the scenes—including Podcast Producer Joann Gillis, Bookkeeper Tammy Hyska, and other trusted collaborators who help bring our mission to life.
