You'll be welcomed and deeply supported, from the beginning. Right after you register, you'll receive a welcome email and document with the key info, then invitation to schedule a 1:1 onboarding call with Anna.

You’ll gain immediate access to the Monday and Thursday group coaching and accountability calls to set and end the week, the off-social media virtual community (in Telegram), the Radically Simple Business Plan template and training, and additional resources to begin moving through and use at your own pace and time.

We cannot tell you how deeply we understand this feeling. A lot of biz groups out there feel way too much like you have to be a certified cheerleader to keep up with the positivity atmosphere.

Or, uncomfortable emotions are labeled as “negative”, and it doesn’t feel safe to bring up messy feelings and hard circumstances. Or, if feels like there’s an obligation to attend calls consistently, offer support, and cheerlead for others.

If there’s one thing we can promise it's that you won’t find any of that in Wayfinders spaces. It’s built right into our agreements that you ask for and use what you need, and only give what you can from your abundance. You give in SO many other spaces. You can come here JUST to receive, if that's what you need most.

There is never pressure, only permission and loving accountability that truly honors every part of you and your life, while supporting you in giving birth to this dream God has given you.

Our community is intentionally designed as a place of healing.

Ah, the money question. This is important, and a place where we want you to take your time.

Unfortunately, we can't answer the question of whether or not you can afford it, or if it's worth YOUR investment, right now.

But we can ask you some additional questions to help you discern:

What do you expect to gain or shift from being in Wayfinders?

Have there been other ways in which you've tried to make this gain or shift?

Are there other investments of time, energy, or money that you can let go of to make space for this?

Are you open to trying something new that approaches it very differently?

If you do receive this gain or shift, what will that mean for you? Your family? Your relationships? Your work?

Do you have the money or would you be taking on debt?

Is there someone you trust with whom you can share and talk through this this opportunity?

While we believe the value of Wayfinders is indescribable, it's not for everyone in all seasons.

We also have an open door policy on Wayfinders to let us know if this is too far outside of budget, because we have limited slots for partial scholarships.

• Thursdays 2-3:30 ET is the main Wayfinders call, 90 minutes. Weekly Review, Accountability, Group Coaching, and setting up for the following week.
• Monday at noon ET is our "Set the Week" call, 45-60 minutes to Plan & Prioritize, and get Support & Accountability on your Next Steps
• Monthly Planning sessions are typically the last Wednesday of the month

All call recordings will be made available, so you can always catch replays if it works best for you.

You are neither expected nor encouraged to do ALL the things. The Thursday calls are our main jam -- please plan to come to those. Otherwise, we will walk you through where to place your focus that will support you the most in what you need right now. Our aim is not to give you more to do, but to create space, capacity, and support for the things that light you up and support you in your goals.
