Whether suturing in rural Nicaraguan surgery tents or coordinating retreats on college campuses, Mary’s work has always drawn on relationship-building and resourcefulness.

 

After earning a B.S. in Animal Science, she stepped into roles as a missionary, program coordinator, matchmaker, and social media coach. Through these experiences, she became passionate about cultivating communities (both in-person and online), relational coaching, behind-the-scenes coordination, and ethical sales messaging rooted in clarity and integrity.

 

With firsthand experience of the hidden costs of hustle culture, she now helps restore sustainable rhythms by keeping the moving parts clear, coordinated, and on track behind the scenes for our clients.

 

Though a lifelong Kansan with deep Midwestern roots, many of Mary’s most formative moments unfolded far from home - celebrating Easter in Prague and Austria, attending Mass in Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati’s Italian home, making international friends at World Youth Day in Spain, standing beneath Kauaian waterfalls, and hiking the pine-lined trails of Utah’s Wasatch Range.

 

Outside of work, she’s often borrowing more library books than she can finish, sourcing local farm food, lingering over a mezze platter or hoarding mason jars. Her ideal day includes sunshine, bare feet, snuggling her pets, praying a holy hour, and country dancing.
